It says “no added sugar” on the label but there’s sugar in the product. Why is that?
The only sugar included in Emerge Protein drinks is naturally occurring within milk, we do not add any further sugar.
How much protein do I need?
The amount of protein needed per person is dependent on the individual, we recommend you consult your doctor for individual needs. The government indicate we need approx. 50g of protein each day.
Can I have too much protein?
We recommend a balanced diet inclusive of all food groups. We recommend consultation with your doctor if you have any concerns about protein levels in your diet.
Can I have all my protein at once?
We do not recommend taking all your daily protein allowance in one go. The body can only process certain levels of protein at any one time, so we recommend you spread your allowance throughout the day.
